Something not right with your order?

Please note all orders are sent as Authority To Leave. Please ensure you enter an address that is safe to leave the parcel if no-one is home. If your address is entered at the checkout incorrectly and your order is sent back to our warehouse we will require shipping of up to $24.95 to be paid again to re-send your item.

We cannot refund based of an incorrect address received.

Unfortunately, we do not usually cancel or refund accepted orders. In addition, You may cancel an order if it hasn't reached our dispatch team and you haven't received a confirmation email. I purchased this on a whim. I had a little bin for personal products in the bathroom but it was used by everyone and would often fill up quite quickly. With the elevaniq, it's a dedicated bin for my daughter and I to use, very discreet and practical. Brilliant product. Glad I made the purchase.

I’m Sonia Napolitano, mother of 3 beautiful daughters and founder and inventor of the world’s first in home, all in one sanitary disposal unit- Evelaniq. My own personal frustration of not being able to dispose of sanitary waste in a dignified manner is what led me to create Evelaniq. I wanted to design a product that took the inconvenience and awkwardness out of a completely natural occurrence- Periods!
